What is Centering Prayer? Centering Prayer is a method of silent prayer that prepares us to receive the gift of contemplative prayer, prayer in which we experience God's presence within us. The focus of Centering Prayer is the deepening of our relationship with the living Christ. Centering Prayer is not meant to replace other kinds of prayer. Living Flame comes to the Florida Panhandle

Living Flame is a program designed for the contemplative prayer practitioner who seeks to deepen and enrich their understanding of their spiritual journey. Teachers have been trained and commissioned by Contemplative Outreach, Ltd and will teach 7 sessions which will include small groups settings.
